The short version: your reflection lives on your device, leaves it only to generate a read you paid for, and is never stored by us.
Your answers to the reflection are saved in your browser, on your device. We run no analytics scripts, set no tracking cookies, and build no profile of you.
You can leave an email at the start. If you do, two things happen and nothing else: your progress is kept as an encrypted copy on our server so we can send you a private resume link that reopens your reflection on any device, and if you unlock the deep read, your report is emailed to you as well. The copy is encrypted at rest, is used for no other purpose, is deleted automatically after ninety days, and is deleted immediately if you ask (reply to any email from us). No newsletter, no marketing, no sharing, ever. If you skip the email, your words stay in your browser only.
When you choose to unlock, your answers are sent once, over an encrypted connection, to our server, which passes them to Anthropic (the AI provider that generates the read) and streams the result straight back to you. We do not store, log, or reuse your answers or your read; they exist on our side only for the seconds the generation takes. Anthropic processes the text under its own commercial terms and does not use API inputs to train its models.
Payments are handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Stripe collects your email to send a receipt and processes your data under its own privacy policy. That receipt is the only email connected to this product; we send nothing else.
Because we keep nothing, we can recover nothing. If you clear your browser data, or write in a private window that discards storage, your reflection and your read go with it. The app warns you when a browser is not keeping your words, and your answers download doubles as a backup you can restore from the start screen, on any device. Download as you go; they are yours.
Under the UK and EU data protection rules you have rights of access, correction, and erasure. If you skipped the email, we hold nothing about you at all; everything is on your device or with Stripe. If you left an email, we hold exactly that email and your encrypted progress copy, and erase both on request or automatically after ninety days. For anything at all, write to hello@bizbrain.pro.
The short version: the free part is free, the paid part is a one-time reading, and it is advice-shaped reflection, not professional advice.
The deep read is a one-time, AI-generated diagnostic reading of the reflection you wrote, delivered in your browser, downloadable, and rereadable on the same device and purchase. It costs $39, once. There is no subscription, no account, and no recurring charge of any kind.
The read is a structured mirror for your own thinking. It is not financial, legal, medical, psychological, or career-placement advice, and it makes no promise about job outcomes, income, or employment. Decisions you make from it are yours. If you are in real distress about work or anything else, a human professional beats any product, including this one.
One purchase covers your own reflection and a reasonable number of rereads (generously capped to prevent abuse). Please do not script against the service, attempt to extract its underlying method, or resell generated reads; we reserve the right to refuse service for abuse.
We aim to keep the service up, but it is provided "as is" and depends on third parties (hosting, payments, the AI provider). If a paid generation fails and cannot be recovered, you get your money back, simple as that.
The short version: if the deep read does not land, you get the $39 back, and we do not argue.
Reply to your Stripe receipt (or write to hello@bizbrain.pro) within fourteen days of your purchase and say it did not land. That is the whole process. No form, no justification required, no partial credits.
This voluntary guarantee sits on top of, and is more generous than, the statutory rights you may have as a consumer for digital content in your country; nothing here reduces those rights.
